- Amazon Web Services for website hosting; and
- Google Cloud Platform for cloud infrastructure.
At the effective date of this policy, the website is hosted on Amazon Web Services and betterCRM is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Our infrastructure and service providers may change over time.
Where a service provider processes personal information on our behalf, it may do so only for the purposes of providing services to us or as otherwise permitted by law and our agreement with that provider. Some providers, including Google Analytics, may also process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
5. International processing
better&co is based in Canada, but our service providers may process or store personal information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. As a result, personal information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or government authorities in accordance with applicable law.
